Skald Corp is a small, intentional operation. Because Rachel's time and availability are the core of what we offer, our refund policy reflects the real cost of holding space for you. Please read carefully before purchasing.
The podcast, the vodcast, and the newsletter cost nothing and there is nothing to refund. You can leave the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to hello@thewyrdpodcast.com.
Digital documents are delivered immediately on purchase and are non-refundable once delivered. This includes documents bought individually and documents bought as part of the Foundation Kit; the Kit is not refundable in part.
If you experience a technical problem with a download — a file that will not open, a link that does not work — contact hello@thewyrdpodcast.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
This tier may be cancelled at any time, through whichever platform you used to subscribe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Access to the private community workspace ends at the close of your final paid period.
The Clarity Call is non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session via the Calendly link in your confirmation email.
The Course is not yet available for purchase, and joining the waitlist is not a purchase. Refund terms for The Course will be published here before it opens for sale, and the terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern that purchase.
The Working is a fixed-price engagement, not a subscription. Nothing is charged when you apply. If a seat is offered, the $12,000 fee is invoiced in two equal payments: $6,000 on acceptance of the Client Services Agreement and before the engagement begins, and $6,000 on completion.
The engagement fee is non-refundable once the engagement begins, which for this purpose means the first scheduled working session. Before that point, you may withdraw in writing for a full refund of the first payment.
Three exceptions apply after the engagement has begun:
Because the client performs the hands-on building, an engagement depends on the client's participation. If the client stops participating, no refund is due. Where a client has gone quiet, Skald will make written contact before treating an engagement as abandoned; the notice period and the process are set out in the Client Services Agreement.
We do not make exceptions to this policy as a general rule. If you have an extraordinary circumstance, you are welcome to reach out to hello@thewyrdpodcast.com. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis but are under no obligation to issue refunds outside the terms above.
